Cat Boarding Terms & Conditions

To ensure a safe, hygienic, and stress-free environment for all feline guests, CatBNB Meowtopia operates under the following conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Health & Vaccination Requirements

All cats must be vaccinated. Proof is required during booking.
Cats must be in good health upon check-in.
Cats showing symptoms of illness such as vomiting, diarrhea, severe coughing, lethargy, or skin infections will not be accepted.
Any known medical condition must be declared in writing before stay.
If your cat requires veterinary attention during the stay, the owner authorizes us to seek veterinary care. All vet costs will be borne by the owner.

Food & Feeding

Owners are required to provide their cat's regular food to avoid digestive issues.
Feeding instructions must be clearly stated. If instructions are unclear, we will follow standard feeding practices.
If food runs out, we may provide suitable alternatives and charge accordingly.

Behaviour & Safety

Cats must be non-aggressive and safe to handle.
Cats with a history of severe aggression, escape attempts, or destructive behaviour may be refused.
If a cat poses safety risks to staff or other cats, we reserve the right to relocate, isolate, or discharge the cat early.

Hygiene & Sanitation

Owners must ensure cats are clean, free from fleas, ticks, and parasites.
If parasites are found, immediate treatment will be carried out and charges will apply.

Personal Items & Liability

Owners may provide bedding, toys, or comfort items, but we are not liable for damage or loss.
All personal items must be washable and safe for cats.

Emergencies & Liability Limits

While we provide attentive care, cats may experience stress, reduced appetite, or minor behavioural changes during boarding.
We are not responsible for illness, injury, or death arising from pre-existing conditions, stress-related issues, or unforeseeable natural events.
Owners acknowledge that boarding carries inherent risks and agree not to hold the service provider liable beyond the boarding fee paid.

Payment, Booking & Cancellation

Full payment must be made to secure the booking.
All payments are strictly non-refundable.
Owners may reschedule the booking once, subject to availability, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before check-in.
Rescheduled bookings must fall within 1 year of the original date; otherwise, the booking will be forfeited.
Early check-out does not qualify for refunds or credits.

Photo & Video Updates

Owners consent to receiving photos and videos of their cats during stay.
With consent, certain photos may be used for social media or marketing.

Honest Disclosure

Owners guarantee that all information provided about the cat's health, behaviour, and needs is accurate.
Failure to disclose information that affects safety or health may result in immediate refusal of service.
